Hebrews – Learning to get out of the way
“While he lived on earth, anticipating death, Jesus cried out in pain and wept in sorrow as he offered up priestly prayers to God. Because he honored God, God answered him. Though he was God’s Son, he learned trusting-obedience by what he suffered, just as we do. Then, having arrived at the full stature of his maturity and having been announced by God as high priest in the order of Melchizedek, he became THE SOURCE of eternal salvation to all who believingly obey him.” Hebrews 5, Msg
Jesus – THE SOURCE!
Jesus cried out in sorrow for you and me. He suffered for you and me. He is the Source who points the Way to Truth and Life! Jesus, simply Jesus. No other.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We read and weep a little over what Jesus has done for us. We are sinners saved only by the grace of the action of Jesus. There are not enough words in our vocabulary to thank you, so listen to our hearts. We love You. Nothing in the world compares to loving You. So we believe, we trust, and follow You. No matter what.
In Jesus Name, Amen
