Psalm 150
Here we are. We did it! We have spent the last few months (more than 150 days!) reading, studying, meditating, learning and trying to live the messages of the psalms, all 150 of them. It’s been a great journey. It hasn’t always been pleasant because some of the messages challenged our hearts, minds and souls to change they way we think.
We cried out to God to transform us, but to do it gently. We asked God to search our hearts and cleanse us from all the grime of this world that had collected there. Now it is time to just praise God, with all that is in us, praise His Holy Name. Praise Him from the top of our heads to the tips of our toes. Stop what you are doing right now and praise God. With all that is in us, NEVER stop praising God! Hallelujah!

Psalm 150, The Message
1-6 Hallelujah!
Praise God in his holy house of worship,
praise him under the open skies;
Praise him for his acts of power,
praise him for his magnificent greatness;
Praise with a blast on the trumpet,
praise by strumming soft strings;
Praise him with castanets and dance,
praise him with banjo and flute;
Praise him with cymbals and a big bass drum, praise him with fiddles and mandolin.
Let every living, breathing creature praise God!
Hallelujah!
In Jesus Name, Praise God from Whom all blessings flow! Amen!
NOW IT’S YOUR TURN…
How has our study of Psalms helped you to worship and serve the Lord more joyfully and thoughtfully? Take all the time you need, then RSVP in the comments.
Where do we go in God’s Word from here? Praying about it…
Meanwhile I’ll be singing…
Let ev’rything that, ev’rything that
Ev’rything that has breath praise the Lord
Let ev’rything that, ev’rything that
Ev’rything that has breath praise the Lord
Praise You in the morning, praise You in the evening
Praise You when I’m young and when I’m old
Praise You when I’m laughing, praise You with I’m grieving
Praise You ev’ry season of the soul
If we could see how much You’re worth
Your power, Your might, Your endless love
Then surely we would never cease to praise
Praise You in the heavens, joining with the angels
Praising You forever and a day
Praise You on the earth now, joining with creation
Calling all the nations to Your praise
